My Journey & The Struggled I Faced
I started this website because of something I personally went through. During my B.Com, I had no clear idea what jobs I was even eligible for. There was no one to guide me — no seniors, no proper resource, nothing that explained things simply. That confusion followed me even after I completed my B.Com.
So I went on to do my M.Com, hoping it would open more doors. Around that time, I moved to Hyderabad to look for a job, with very limited savings — and within a week, I had almost nothing left. I reached out to relatives and people I knew, but most of them either didn’t know about any openings or couldn’t really help.
I attended several interviews during that phase. Some of them asked for money upfront, promising a guaranteed job in return. I fell for it more than once, before I understood how it actually works. It was a difficult, disheartening time.
Eventually, I applied for a US Tax Preparation role on LinkedIn and got selected at a good company — without paying anyone a single rupee. That experience taught me the most important lesson: genuine jobs never ask for money.
How LCJP Job Hub was Born
Right after that, I created a WhatsApp group to share verified job updates with others, so that no one else would have to go through what I did. Over time, I realized a proper website would make this information more organized, easier to trust, and easier to find — and that’s how LCJP Job Hub came to be.
I also learned, especially through my M.Com years, that there’s very little reliable, simple guidance available for freshers looking for government job opportunities either. That gap is something I personally experienced, and it’s a big part of why this platform exists — so that no job seeker feels as lost as I once did.
